This policy explains what information Lead Caravan ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to leadcaravan.com and the inquiry form on our contact page.

Information you give us

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, website, the service you're interested in, current lead volume, marketing budget range, timeline, CRM or sales stack, your biggest bottleneck, and your message. Only your name, email, and message are required; the rest are optional and help us reply more specifically.

Information collected automatically

To route your inquiry and protect the form from abuse, our systems record standard technical data such as your IP address and the time of submission, and any campaign parameters (for example UTM tags) present in the link you arrived from. A hidden anti-spam field is included on the form; if it is completed, the submission is rejected. The form is submitted to our backend over an encrypted connection.

If site analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that reports aggregate traffic without tracking you across other sites. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
• To qualify and prepare a relevant first reply or proposal.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the form.
• To keep reasonable business records of inquiries we receive.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you — for example our hosting and network provider and our email provider — and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask questions about how it's handled, by emailing hello@leadcaravan.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor valid requests as required.

Security

The form is submitted over HTTPS, and we use spam filtering and rate limiting to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
