Turn one-time cups into regulars.

A ready-made lead path for coffee shops. Get found by folks near you. Trade a free cup for a way to reach them. Then bring them back on the slow mornings, and book the office and party orders that carry a quiet week.

A shop lives on the same faces each week. But most shops meet a guest one time. They pour a great cup, the guest walks out, and there is no way to ask them back.

We close that gap. The shop page catches folks searching close by. It trades a cup on us for an email or a number. And it brings those folks back, while the order form catches the big office and party jobs before they get lost in an inbox.

Works with the till and tools you already run

How it works

From a first cup to a standing order.

The coffee shop path runs as one set-up. Get found close by, win the sign-up, bring folks back, book the big orders, and see what each one did.

  1. 1

Folks near you find the shop

The page is built for the way people look for coffee close by. Your hours, your menu, and your best photos land first. So the walk-in starts on the phone.

  2. 2

A cup on us earns the sign-up

A guest trades an email or a number for a drink on the house. That turns a face at the counter into someone you can ask back.

  3. 3

    Notes bring them back

A short note lands on a slow morning. A new roast, a drink deal, a Friday treat. That is what turns one visit into a habit.

  4. 4

    The big orders get booked

An order form takes the date, the head count, and the drinks. So the office and party jobs that carry a quiet week stop getting lost in an inbox.

Why this matters

Coffee is won on the second visit, not the first.

That is why the gap between a click, a real ask, and a booked visit is where the money leaks.

FAQ

Coffee Shop questions, answered.

What shop owners ask us before they start.

Will this work for one shop, not a chain?

Yes. The set-up is built around one shop first. Your hours, your menu, and your part of town. More shops can be added later without a rebuild.

Does it link to my till and my email tool?

Sign-ups and orders go into the till, email tool, and calendar you use now. We work out just which ones up front, so the hand-off lands where your team already works.

Do I have to write the notes myself?

No. The notes are written for you and set to go out on a plan. You read and okay them once. Then they run without you standing at a screen.

Who owns the page and the sign-up list?

You do. The pages, tools, guest data, and reports belong to your shop. They keep working when we are done. Nothing is locked to us.

Do you promise a set number of guests?

No. How it goes is up to your shop, your prices, your part of town, what you spend, and how your team follows up. Those are not all ours to control. So we do not promise a set number of guests, orders, or dollars.
